BRIEFING ON THE DIGITAL DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (DDMS)  AND FILE CODING SYSTEM

A briefing on the Digital Document Management System 2.0 (DDMS 2.0) and File Coding System was held on 26 January 2023 to train the file coordinators at Research & Innovation Department. The briefing was delivered by Mrs. Sariyati Md. Nayan, Senior Assistant Administrative Officer,  Registrar's Department.

This DDMS 2.0 system was developed by MAMPU and is used in the government sector for the purpose of managing records and files digitally and comprehensively from its life cycle, which consists of the process of creation, capture, storage, maintenance, distribution and disposal of records digitally and systematically. In addition, the use of DDMS 2.0 can also improve the delivery and transparency of government services through easy access via digital (electronic) record management anywhere, no matter the time as long as there is internet access.
